I work with individuals ages 18 and older and draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, internal family systems, emotionally focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I seek to understand how past experiences have shaped my clients' lives while keeping them grounded in the present. Most importantly, I want to help clients connect with their deepest self.
I offer couples counseling, pre-marital counseling, and family therapy. I work with couples who are hoping to improve their relationship as well as those who are discerning separation and navigating co-parenting. For those who may benefit, I offer intensive sessions for couples (2-3 hours).

My hope is to provide an unbiased space where both partners can move towards new ways of listening, understanding, and connecting. I encourage each partner to identify and articulate the deepest layer of their emotion through vulnerable and safe communication.
I am trained in dance/movement therapy and have experience working with chronic health conditions, both as an individual therapist and group facilitator. Body-focused therapy can help clients create a more fluid and clear connection between mind and body.

-- Are there any areas of stuck energy due to trauma or prolonged stress?
I believe the body is capable of creating new pathways and finding new language for the experiences and stories it holds, even and perhaps especially, in the face of limitation. And of course, sessions are tailored to your specific needs!
